The office with an area of 1920 square meters, located in the Vegas shopping center, initially had one important advantage — a veranda. It offers a beautiful view, and in the summer it becomes an additional area for informal meetings of employees.
The architects proposed to create a space filled with comfort and greenery. They used the height of the ceilings to organize the workplaces on different levels.
The office of the engineering company is divided into several zones: study rooms, open spaces, areas for collaboration, meeting rooms, telephone booths, a sports corner, a recreation area, a kitchen and places for individual or joint work.
"One of the most difficult tasks was to provide noise insulation in the office. There are numerous utilities in this part of the building. Together with Acoustic Group, we found a solution that reduced the noise load by half," says Michel Vinogradov, chief architect of the project.
That is why the office uses felt buffles, felt lamps, acoustic curtains and other solutions aimed at creating a comfortable space.
Michelle talks about two mezzanines: one of them serves as a warehouse, and the other as full—fledged workplaces. To provide these places with daylight, the architects coordinated and equipped additional windows in the wall of the building.
The office is filled with natural materials and plants. "To emphasize the sincerity, creativity and involvement of employees in their work, who create spaces for other people's lives, we used wood in the decoration — one of the warmest and most cozy materials — as well as plants in minimalistic, contrasting pots, felt and felt to emphasize the tactility and comfort of the space. Combined with the color scheme, this creates a truly unforgettable effect," says the architect.
In the common areas and in the open space, the architects used a calm color scheme complemented by a variety of accents. The offices, at the request of the staff, are decorated in monochrome colors — white, gray and black.
The lighting blends harmoniously with the color palette and highlights the main idea: people with out-of-the-box thinking work here.
Michel Vinogradov, chief architect of OFFCON projects, notes:
"The design process of this office space was very kind and gentle. There was an amazing harmony between us and the customer, and we successfully implemented the project together. All the layouts and the design project were accepted very quickly. We thank the customer for their trust and are confident that when deck chairs are installed on the terrace, it will be one of the best places to create new ideas!"
